*order number, the question you want to solve as well as the picture of product if necessary.
*a photo of barcode on the packaging bag.
- Get authorization from Customer Service.
- Get coupon or a refund.
*Tracking number is required to complete the return process. It will help us to track your return status and process it timely.
- Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
PS: Returns without having contacted the customer service will not be accepted.

- Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
- Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
- Items can be easily returned or exchanged If you are not satisfied with the items you received, such as quality or size problems or other reasons that can be accepted by our customer service.
- Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
- Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged (damaged or wrong itemsare not included).
- As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive
